For the Groomsmen

Here are the broad strokes of when to be where for the big weekend!

Where to Stay: We are trying to work out FREE or really cheap housing for the wedding party if you need it.  So we will be in touch.

 When to Arrive:

If you would like to arrive anytime before Friday, October 24th that would be great.  We would love to have you. 

However, the important times are:

 Arrive in Seattle and Settle-In: by 3pm on Friday October 24th

Rehearsal at the Church: 5pm

Rehearsal Dinner: 7:00pm

After Party: Something fun is being planned for the wedding party after the Rehearsal dinner so stay tuned for more details.

The Big Day

 Saturday October 25th:

The day begins a bit earlier for the women, we will be gathering to get started sometime around 8:30am or so.

 For the guys we would LOVE your help setting up the table at the reception site which will happen around 1:00pm.

 The Ceremony starts at 3:30pm

 Reception following and if you are willing to stay and help out our families with clean up of the place that would be WONDERFUL!!! All will be said and done by 11:30pm when we have to be out of the location.
